Just looking for a place to grab a coffee that wasn’t a chain and was open a bit later than other cafes. This place met the criteria. It’s in a basement and the place has a good vibe. The coffee was strong, and I like strong coffee, but this one needed a little syrup. They serve food as well. Nice spot to relax with fast and friendly service.

Food and drinks 4/5 My order - black coffee with gateau chocolat Very tasty chocolate cake though it lacked fluffiness, which cost it one star. However it was beautifully prepared, with even a tiny cat on top of it, how lovely is that?! Normal black coffee, a little bitter for my taste but I was offered sugar and a little bit of sugar later, the coffee became absolutely delicious! I also loved the cup used, it has a unique charm to it that I like. Atmosphere 4/5 Nice atmosphere, tough somewhat rustic for my taste. However, it is very quiet even though it is located in the middle of Shinjuku and it is pretty well hidden, so finding the entrance is little tricky. Cleanliness 5/5 No complaints, everything was very beautiful and clean. Service 5/5 The waitresses were very friendly and fast without being too pushy to get you to order and even though I think I overstayed the 2 hours it was no problem at all.

The coffee and tiramisu I ordered were both good. The place was small and intimate. It was a bit hard to find but its worth it when you get there. The staff were also really accommodating

April 16, 2025 Small, cozy, dim cafe. Full but not too full on a Wednesday night. Cafe latte art was cute with a kitty on top at ¥750. Strawberry/hojicha flavored parfait just tasted so-so at ¥950 for what it was with some strawberries, ice cream and sponge cake. Things were all a bit expensive but not bad for a quick visit with a friend if you’re nearby. There’s also a corner selling some manga-like art.
